US domestic shipping
Blue Spot Autowerks will use third party widely available shipping carriers. Shipping costs will be calculated at Checkout and any and fees related to Shipping, Transportation, and/or Storage will be paid by the Purchaser
International shipping
Currently Blue Spot Autowerks offers limited international Shipping. We currently ship to Canada and Puerto Rico. Please reach out to us on an individual basis and we can assess how best to serve you outside of our current service area.
Please note, any import taxes, duties, and/or tariffs will be paid by the purchaser, not by Blue Spot Autowerks.
RETURNS
Should you wish to return your order, PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST so we can expedite the process and prevent confusion. Contact us to receive an RMA number, which needs to be marked clearly on the package so that we can process your return. Any return shall be shipped back to us at the buyer’s expense. All returns must be within 30 days of receipt of items.
NEW IN THE BOX If for any reason you change your mind regarding your Blue Spot Autowerks LLC purchase, components that are new in the box can be shipped back to us at the buyer’s expense, and a 10% restocking fee may apply. For customers opting to receive a refund in the form of store credit, additional fees will be waived. Upon approval of returns, the product(s) can be shipped back to us at the buyer’s expense.
OPEN BOX If we are unable to resell the item as new, up to a 50% fee will be applied depending on the labor / parts necessary to sell the item as new OR to cover loss as selling as used – the details of which will be explained in full for clarification. An example of this is installation marks, dings, dents, scratches, and any modifications made. Sending photos is always recommended to prevent issues with returns. Upon approval of returns, the product(s) can be shipped back to us at the buyer’s expense.
Refunds are typically processed in 2-3 business days after inspection and communication with the customer.

Shipping
Our lifestyle item(s), including Drinkware and Apparel, are custom made to order and produced within 2-5 business days of your order.
Transit times vary based on location and the item being shipped.
In general, USA shipments have 1-5 days of transit times. International transit times are 5-15 days.
RETURNS

- Damaged products
- Misprints
